Return & Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• Transfer Requests: Ticket transfers may be approved at the sole discretion of the
  organizers, subject to review and verification.
   

• Refund Processing: In the event that a refund is granted, the amount will be processed
  within 14 business days from the date of confirmation.
   

• No Refund Situations: Refunds will not be issued for lineup or schedule changes,
  voluntary no-shows, or partial attendance.
